New Day Maryland’s Chairman Charles Lollar will be one of the speakers leading up to Governor Jim Gilmore’s keynote address to the Maryland Taxpayers Association.
Governor Gilmore was successful in his term as Governor, leaving his office and Virginia as the #1 pro-business state in the country. The Governor is now President and CEO of the Free Congress Foundation.
